Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges vary based on the size & weight of the order, and the location to which it is being delivered.

You can always find the delivery charge for the items that you intend to order within the shopping basket (accessed by clicking the CHECKOUT button) before you finalise the order and process payment. You must select the appropriate delivery service. 'Standard Delivery' is mainland UK only. Extra charges will apply for non-mainland UK orders - please contact us if you would like a quote for delivery. By selecting standard delivery to a non-mainland UK destination, we are not obliged to send your goods. You will be contacted regarding extra payment. Items that can be posted with Royal Mail standard letter or packet service (e.g. dart flights etc) will not usually be subject to an extra charge.

Delivery Service and Schedule

Items are normally dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of an order being placed and are shipped on an overnight service via courier or via royal mail post for smaller items.

We typically use DPD or FedEx. Where items are dispatched from a manufacturer (drop shipped) the same service will apply.

Cancellations and Changes to Orders

If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service team on 01279 966499 any time between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand.

If your products have already been dispatched, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

If your order has been despatched but has not arrived within the expected time period, please email our Customer Services team, or call us on 01279 966499 any time between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

If you have more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please email or call us.

If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, please 01279 966499 any time between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Returns procedure

Returns can be made through via Royal Mail or courier. Please include an order number, stock number, the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

Please call us on 01279 966499 to inform us you are returning the item.

For larger items we can arrange for a courier to come and collect the product you wish to return.

Consumer Refund policy (public)

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you should change your mind, and wish to return anything, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product providing it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns notifications should be made within a reasonable time (usually 14 days) and be sent back in original, undamaged packaging.

When you buy online or by phone, you have additional rights as a consumer under the Consumer Contract Regulations. This means if you as the purchaser notify us in writing of your wish to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, we'll refund you for both the purchase price and the delivery charge. Please make sure you take reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession, and that it is returned to us unused.

If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct a percentage of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:

  • The original account no longer exists
  • The original account details have expired
  • The order has been placed exclusively with gift vouchers
  • The recipient requires a credit

Business Refund policy (trade)

If you are a business or a government organisation (e.g. school or college) we cannot always offer refunds, as we often need to source items specifically, therefore we can only offer replacement in the case that the goods are faulty. Please ensure that you take care to check the requirements of the products you have ordered in advance.

Delivery charges

We will refund the purchaser any delivery charge paid when a product is faulty or damaged up to a maximum of £9.99. Furthermore, should you buy a product online or by phone and you change your mind about it, we'll refund the purchase price, but not delivery charges.

Your Statutory Rights

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
